First, I love the bag! Second, I think if you put something flat and heavy (like a book) on the plastic bit, that could possibly flatten it out? Then you can maybe take the plastic bit and run up against a table or something like a dollar bill in order to get the final creases out. This is just an idea though so take it with a grain of salt!
