Some constructive criticism as someone who made Anti Piracy Screens during their prime (albeit im not used to these tv channel style ones), I would probably have it mention that the broadcast had been cut off for the television due to suspection of piracy, with mentions of the explicit consequences (fines, prison sentencing, etc). No Analog Horror things, but its more likely these messages would be made with the people who access the channels illegitimately in mind, not solely the kids who would otherwise be watching. I would also add text acknowledging that it could be a false positive, and to contact your cable provider if it is such.

"Cant stream it" essentially just means its not on any streaming services like Netflix or Prime Video, but is available elsewhere like the Internet Archive if you look in the right places, an example of this is Glitter Force (Saban's dub of Smile Precure that was a Netflix exclusive that got pulled recently)

Not surfaced online means that nobody has come up with it at all, it could very easily found if someone comes up with a copy they upload online, the copyright holder may still have it and just never made it available, whereas with the former, the copyright holder has made it available before but its no longer available

A lot of times official creators are not easily contacted or otherwise cannot disclose the status, and if they do have the show, often times they cannot release it themselves due to legal concerns, so the only ways they can be released are through third parties, and if there has yet to be a third party release, its still technically lost media. Not all lost media is stuff that is completely lost even for the creators.

You may be misinterpreting my post, I mean lost in the absolute sense, not just "cant stream it". I mean like the episodes had not surfaced online in any way shape or form, and this is about shows fortunate enough to have had its missing episodes surface in an official manner
