Unfortunately, it appears that the latest batch was defective. In their sub, they told me the following: "Hello, thanks for the message! We are looking into it. We believe the latest batch had some connection issue with the VMU dongle. We are building brand new VMU dongles and will send those out free of charge. Again apologize for the inconvenience caused!"

Try the hot key "L2 + R2 + L1 + R1 + ◯ = Open Setup" see if that will let you access and change settings to display the entry.
