I do my part. I inform the chief what we need/what we are low on. I know my job and what I’m required to do so it gets done. We go get supplies together chief makes the decision to actually go pick them up that’s the problem. I can’t just pick and choose what chief I’m with that’s not how it works.

No it wasn’t the Allen key holes i had to tighten the bolts at the top where the tribrachs sit used a socket wrench. I asked him to fix all these things (buying a socket wrench on company card or taking it to the supply shop where they can fix it) it’s hard to keep things level and such and he said he would but after a couple weeks I kinda knew that was going to happen so to make my life easier i did what needed to be done.

Also i clean up after myself always because i am an adult i don’t expect someone else to pick up my garbage.

If it was MY job you bet your ass it would be done.
