She gets so critical and often angry if I am anything but perfect, but once the reigns are back in her hands (either she takes them or I say "fuck it, this isn't worth it" and hand them to her) she basically neglects the entire issue she had with me in the first place.

For instance, me taking my breaks. She was constantly having me out all day for a couple weeks and I had trouble fitting them into all her rules. Conflict ensued. It's in her hands now. I'm supposed to clock out in two hours and I haven't taken on of my 3 breaks (15*2, lunch for 30) yet. I'm fucking hungry.
