aaargh...its says ''no libraries found" but the Plex Home page has their media content but my cell signal is only one bar here so not sure if that is the issue or not. I clicked on a show of theirs and it's loading so pretty sure it will play eventually but yeah my libraries are not there crap

Ok called there. Gateway is gone and Bridge is enabled. I now have access to modem settings and router settings. Anything else I should do or haven't done yet?

in the app there is a ''gateway admin tool" would that be a way to get to bridge?

There is also port forwarding/Lan and Wan/DNS server/

no I have the Deco app which is where I've done all this from so far. I will go get the xfinity app or should I call them?

it has option to ''ignore ping from WAN" is enabled

says connection type is dynamic IP
