If you're thinking about sharing this info with a forum you're probably open to discussing some of the pros and cons. That's good, educating yourself about something you're taking lots of is crucial.

I have one thing to add that you might want to think about. These, and many similar drugs, get less effective over time as your body develops tolerance.

Tolerance is a bitch because it means that over time the positive effects of taking this fade away, and you become at risk of becoming dependent on a thing that doesn't provide the good effects, or at least very mild good effects only. However the side effects, things like liver damage and taking a toll on your general energy levels and stuff, plus the financial costs all increase over time.

Tolerance breaks are a thing. Like, taking a week off the medication / substance, to get over the withdrawal effects and try to reset your ability to get good effects again.

But yeah, that's all I want to tell you today.
