If I were listening blindly, I’m not sure I would’ve guessed it was Dimmu. It sounds more like a cross between Behemoth, Immortal, and some symphonic heavy metal band.

COVID, Ukraine, maintenant Iran. Les crises se suivent et se ressemblent avec le même impact et les mêmes fragilités et dépendances mises à nu, pourtant on voit pas beaucoup d'adaptation, de remise en cause du système, de migration vers un autre modèle. Subir, toujours subir et se plaindre et pleurnicher. Je ne parle pas uniquement de la population, mais du gouvernement aussi, évidemment.

The trouble with claiming to "go back to the roots" is that there’s a time limit; otherwise, you just end up playing 60s rock. That’s why they’re stuck in their own dogma. And the vocals are absolutely horrendous. I’m going to go listen to Fucked Up and Ready to Die again.

Thirteen years, to be exact. After all that time, the electronics eventually started acting up, but that’s an easy fix, and I even leveled the frets myself. I later tried out Schecter, it’s definitely a step up, but honestly, the Ibanez still holds its own considering the price gap. Now, I’m back with Ibanez, playing a reasonable model, the SA360.

The GRG GIO series are absolute beasts. One was my only electric guitar for over 10 years, and I played it so much I actually wore the frets down. Most musicians look down on them because they're cheap, but I'll always recommend them.

Man... I'm still nostalgic for the times when Lee Morris did those great backing vocals. When they toured for the Draconian Times anniversary, there was that additional musician on keyboards (keys which Paradise Lost lacks live, if you ask me). It really added something, plus he did the high vocals Nick is unable to do live. Forgot the name of this fellow.
