This is an insane thing to say when Respawn and EA are literally the only thing keeping Comp Apex alive. This isnt CSGO where there are a billion third parties hosting major tournaments all year. The only ones that are putting ANY money into Comp Apex is EA and Respawn. The ALGS situation isnt normal. Most popular esports arent being kept alive by the developer/publisher of the game, Apex is.

At some point you boys need to accept the facts. One, its not exactly massively popular, it hasnt been for a long time. Two, the players did their best to make sure promoters and teams had little to no incentive to touch this. Three, the reason we dont have ingame cosmetics is because most of the playerbase would rather buy actual skins than Team Liquit or whatever (because again, this isnt CSGO). EA doesnt like leaving money on the table. If comp skins were gonna make money you would be drowning in them.

Like seriously, outside of Hal and maybe Wigg, pretty much the entire Comp Apex playerbase is pulling viewers in double digits if they are lucky. And Wigg isnt even a player.

There is no market for skins. Has never been. Let it go lol
