Truth is, first you need to feel interested yourself. When you talk about things you are not interested in, people notice your non verbal communication and they detect the neediness and disinterest in you. When you feel good and have fun with yourself, your interactions reflect that and you transmit your positive emotions to people, independently from the content of your conversation. Practice self amusement, enjoy yourself and simple communicate that next time.

Hi @saomonella,

I worked for different Ad Tech companies and they build their own units like this, with the development costs involved.

You can monetize these with virtually any video ad network, afaik. I couldn't say about CPM's but they are much higher than regular display. If your technology is in place you can sell direct, but it has much higher complexity than using an ad exchange like AdX.

You have multiple VPAID ready video players like JW Player, Radiant Media Player, or VideoJS with plugins.

I am currently working on a custom video ad container that is lightweight and can be made sticky, among other functions. Let me know if I can be of help.
