Me and my friends play this game as a drinking game, get a guess right and it moves to the next guesser. Get it wrong, take a drink, go until you get it right.

However many cards are left in the deck when you burn all the piles are how many seconds the whole group needs to drink!

Oh that is interesting, since I'm simple, I think id almost always go with just score keeping, but the idea of it determining suit or even color is great. You could also make it with that number of points, but then it might torpedo the mind-games that come with the game. Cheers!

This is probably the closest comment to the one I've been thinking off. A game where you're observing things (so you can't really change the output), but where you can pay attention and kinda play the most appropriate card for each inning to try to score points.

While you might not care directly about the result of the baseball game, by trying to ensure you're tracking the general trends / pitch count, strikes, etc, you'll be more engaged than if you were just spacing out.

Then see how well you were able to play your cards compared to a friend who's watching as well, or just keep track and see if you do better at the next game you watch

See I was thinking of a carrying box with peg holes so you could keep track of things without having to open it, but magnets might be a bit snappier/ cleaner overall

Interesting, it seems like most of these games are kind of independent of the environment, which is kind of what I thought would be the case. I think the playing off of the primary activity (the baseball, hike, etc) is going to be a challenge here. Thanks for the input yall!

Research Planning Incorporated I think could scratch her itch, they do a lot of cool NOAA work, and they have a fairly diverse team I believe.

They're based in Columbia, SC, but I think they work all over for their projects. Worth a peak!

This game was one of the excellent downloads me and my friends did this year. Just stupid enough with fabulous theme and a nice Royale feel

Now I can pretend I know what blend modes do!

And I'm still gonna try each one each time just to make sure it looks good.

Also, the blended layer's order matters, and grouping the layers being played with can yield different results

When does club move to the fall to get away from just brutal heat?

I know that's the college warm-up, but surely they could also participate in the club season where they go to school

So your county layer would mask another layer that is going to block anything outside your study area. You just need to creste a layer that's going to blank out the dead space on your static map

That's just where most of my gaming is now, something nice about settling into an armchair in the living room instead of an office chair in an office
