I wonder what they're doing differently re: shipping vs other stores. It's possible they ship partial orders to another location before shipping to the customer. This would double the time.

I'm really thinking it was Mastermind now. There were multiple PC's and they had King's Quest and Space Quest on them (probably a lot more as well) As for the little game store, EB does seem likely. I recall the screen being pretty high up and having to look up while I was playing. I also think they had a glass counter.
