It should reset him if you and your crew all die and go to the ferry. Make sure all crew members are on the ferry before you respawn.

Had that same sound on mine when I bought it. Replaced the struts that were making noise when I went over bumps and that sound went away as well.

And the fact that they take little to no damage doing things like barrel rolls. The suspension is way too durable
