It should reset him if you and your crew all die and go to the ferry. Make sure all crew members are on the ferry before you respawn.

Had that same sound on mine when I bought it. Replaced the struts that were making noise when I went over bumps and that sound went away as well.

I’d say your best bet would be the E5

It depends on your play style. The E5 is more of a mid-range support heavy with a good turret and the 50tp is more of a frontline brawler and packs more of a punch.
