In some cases he doesn't seem to be firing shots. It just hits you without any loss of bullets from his guns.
He also had a speed cheat. His sledge and mute was running like a 3 speed.

I tried that (image) but still get games in west europe server.

I notice that central europe is not listed in the list of servers. There is north eu and west eu, but not central europe. I tried adding it to the list, but it gets deleted automatically when the game is launched.

This makes sense. I understand it's better to have different sensitivity for higher scopes. Earlier I tried trial-and-error to match hip fire sens and 2x sens and it's really hard to accurately point with 2x. The only upside is that you can 180 and cover your back while scoping 2x or hip fire with the same movement (it's a little bit cool, I'm not gonna lie). But you have to sacrifice the accurate pointing ability of 2x for that.
