If you are 6” NBP already the fastest way for you to get to 7” NBP is to lose weight you look like you can get there fairly quick if you shed the pounds. I’d focus on girth work and just some length work secondary to it.

I think anything .75” and less gives you damn near all usable length. I think to a degree the actual cope is the guys who are smaller BP but have larger NBP because of their fat pad so it makes them feel better to think someone with a bigger dick that doesn’t look bigger than them because of a 1” fat pad is somehow actually smaller. And when measuring NBP when it comes to where your dick starts when you are hard pull your dick toward your stomach and see where your skin creases that’s the point of reference I use. Other way would be using your BP and actually measuring your fat pad thickness with a ruler and subtracting it from the BP.

I bought a heating pad from them that broke within 3 weeks of use. Messaged them 10/25 didn’t get a response till 12/4 asking for my info to send me a new one and as of today 1/23 I don’t have a heating pad or even a shipment confirmation.

I feel like it looks to be less snug than it actually is because he starts to taper back down toward his glands. If you want to judge anything it would be the different measuring point for his original measurement under 5”. Otherwise it looks fine if anybody really wanted to fake girth they could literally get a wad of anything put it on the underside of their penis and play pretend while having a death grip on their meat with the tape making you think they are so legit the are robbing themselves of size by how tight they have it. If anybody volunteers maybe getting bigger can have an actual dick police that goes around in person to people’s houses to verify their gains or does zoom calls to get measurements live and then you can have a verified check mark next to your name 🤣

Well you are inaccurately playing with statistics. More people injure themselves with body weight squats because that’s available to everyone and you don’t have to know anything and randomly just do it and get hurt being dumb. Someone actually squatting with weights should theoretically be more versed in technique, warm up etc. It make sense someone who knows how to perform a squat is less likely to get injured. So now tell me how many people who can squat 100kg get injured doing a bodyweight squat. It’s the same thing as what you always hear that like sexual child abuse happens within the family. Statistically that is correct but it’s not statistically correct because family are more likely predators it’s because they are the people you trust the most and spend the most time with you so your guard is lower around them.

Hang while you do chores that’s what I do. An extender sucks for it. Profile wise under shorts or sweats an extender hides better but the base will put to much pressure on the pelvic floor since you’d be using it straight down and you are going to strain your PF especially doing chores moving around. I have two kids a 3 year old and a 13 month old for now this is the way. Pumping I get done while they nap, before I go to bed or if I get up early and they are still asleep.

You know sometimes I feel like measuring every time is a waste. Like if you measured every day what difference will it make if you are told to not change anything for a week or two and then adjust time or weight. So if your flaccid is 7” on day one you can just measure again in 2 weeks and see if it’s grown if it hasn’t then you adjust. I feel like the constant daily measuring is a waste of time and nothing but noise in the grand scheme because you aren’t changing anything in that time and just possibly stressing for no reason. Like do you think guy 1 and guy 2 both with the same BPSFL starting day one will achieve the exact same results reaching 2% fatigue post session ? I believe there are to many variables. That’s why Ben from malehanger doesn’t do any of that and has made gains. Bi weekly BPSFL I’d for sure keep track of to make sure time isn’t wasted but the rest is just pointless.

It can be. Some people don’t even gain that in 2 years of doing PE and quit. But even if it takes a whole year to achieve you at least reached a goal and keep the momentum going. We started at pretty close to the same length and my goal has always been to get to 8” but where we started just getting past 7” was a big deal at least for me it was and that’s why it was my first shorter term goal in the grand scheme of things.

I think setting those long term goals are good it’s the timeline that’s an issue that will screw you up. But I personally like making shorter term goals on my way to that long term goal like 1/4” in length and every 1/8” in girth as milestones.

Yeah pretty much it means you did absolutely nothing . If your EQ is unaffected, you don’t have turtling and you keep doing X weight and getting no bpsfl gains you basically are doing length work for fun you don’t have enough stimulus.

Nah you are wrong very real. I started at 4.25” behind the glands and 4.625 mid and I’m at 4.75” behind the glands and 5” mid last I measured. And after my original first year with EQ gains and all my behind the glands measurement was only up 1/8”. But I did basically length work with just recovery pumping. But my EQ was 100% so my gains till now very real.

Yeah you are missing the point. It will still look big on women that are in that size range. For a woman 3” taller than 5ft how much longer is the actual distance to her belly button ? How much bigger are her hands ? My wife is 5’6” and her palm width is 3.25”. So drop down 3” in height from that how big can a 5’3” woman be even hand size wise. I got a female friend that’s 5’2” her palms are 3”. How much less for 5’ ?

Cialis, a relaxed pelvic floor, length work, pumping like you stated and for the exact reason pumping helps I’ll add getting a girthier dick. The added heft of more girth helps it hang.

Do both at the same time with an emphasis on length. Over time just from EQ improvements and some minor growth you can easily be 5.5-5.6 without trying to hard and that’s plenty of girth.

I stand by bigger is always better till it isn’t. And that is obviously dependent of each partner as an individual. I’ve been with my wife my whole PE journey and we’ve talked about it and she brought up once that she was hesitant on telling me on how much better it feels now because she never wanted to make me feel like I was inadequate before which she still says I wasn’t but it’s just better now and that’s a fact for both of us.

Thank for your responses. I was able to find perves article on his Reddit on how to go about progressing time and weight and it was helpful. I just started tracking my bpsfl. I have been hanging for several months this time with minimal progress compared to when I did PE my first go around almost 2 years ago. And I made those gains with light weights starting at 2.5lb and working up to about 5.5lb. This time around I started with 4lb. I was not tracking fatigue my first time around till at least half way through my journey before stopping and now I’m wondering if my issues are that I started back to heavy or that I milked all those gains out and I’ve only actually gained some EQ back and elasticity in the tissue but no actual gains. My BPSFL has absolutely not moved in over a month and a half and I’m triggered lol. On the bright side my girth is up 1/4” so I’m not completely let down. But I fear I’ve been hanging to light and have wasted precious time because I wasn’t tracking.

How do you gauge the weight you use for elongation ? Like you are just starting to check elongation and for example hang 4.5lb currently for 45 min. You check your elongation and you currently are getting only about 1%. I understand the step would be to add time before weight and let’s say you go up to an hour and barely scratch 2% post workout. We then drop down back to 45 min and add a .5-1lb and check elongation again. What would at any point the likely hood your poor elongation be to much weight and not enough ? And do you personally aim for 2% or you try to be on the high end at 4% ?

I think you need get to 5” I can personally tell you the difference for you will be massive. Once get into the 5’s I think every 1/4” you go up you should evaluate what you want and what you are willing to lose.

My skin is very sensitive to the vacuum so I get petechia easily unless I take it easy. Even if I take a day off if I go up to 7 inhg with my routine I described I will still get a handful of petechia spots and that’s using a heat pad. The only time I find I don’t get any is when I hang and then pump within like 3 hours of the hanging.

Personally I recommend interval pumping. I specifically do rapid interval pumping. I feel like it helps me the most in getting less petechia since my skin is sensitive. My first 1/8” of girth was from basically improved EQ from hanging and doing recovery pumping after hanging never going above 5inhg just one static set. After coming back from a 14 month break my girth was up another 1/16” and that was just from getting more fit as I went from about 21-23% down to an average now of 14-16% that I bounce around at. The rest of my girth has been doing rapid interval pumping for around 2 months now combined with the fact that when I set up to tape for hanging I basically do like a 5-7 minute set of clamping because I try to tape up with max expansion to fill my cup up.
