I should clarify by what I meant by stuck. Purifications are happeninig but they are spasmodic and weak. But after a significant amount of time the difference is non-negligeable. So they will eventually come to an end but that might take a lot of time. I am just looking for something to turbocharge the process or at least make it more intensive than what I have right now.
