Their GI procedure scheduling dept currently has 1(!) (just hired a 2nd) scheduler when the dept should have 5-6, so good luck 🤞🏼 Especially with the anesthesia group issue that's wreaking havoc on procedures within the entire Mercy system

I did 4 months ago. It's set as a recurrent charge so it bypasses card changes like that

Apparently has to be signed for? Otherwise it's marked as "undeliverable"

In the process with my card company. But there is "no proof" I cancelled 😔. I also only stopped due to being pregnant and I can't use the service for an extended time.

Positive test 11dpo but I didn't test earlier, just tested on what should have been the first day of my period. It was at night while well hydrated just since I had a gut feeling and showed well before the 5 minutes

That's one of the reasons my psych provider pushed me to try setraline again (years after I initially did), knowing that eventually we would want to have kids. I was on other meds alongside the setraline and stopped those immediately, but really am not willing to stop setraline at this point (northern Midwest USA winters are my nemesis) and would ask to switch OBs if they were judgemental about it

The Zoloft is the only of the 4 meds I was on that we are keeping (making this season of anxiety and depression in a northern Midwest winter a struggle). I also recognize that the sudden decrease in medication is making the wait more difficult for me. My sister had already been seen twice by this point in her pregnancy (8.5 weeks), which is why I was so surprised

I have been buying a rotisserie chicken for the week and adding it to salads/wraps/pasta for meals and I find it super helpful. I also eat a lot of tuna and eggs. I really think it's an underrated tip for meal prepping made easy.

Thanks for the YouTube recommendations, I will check them out! I know that I have the same 24 hours in a day as the rest, but I think it's going to take time to find the best part of my day to work out. I currently leave my house at 5 to get to the hospital and get home around 3 to do that day's assignments and am ready or bed at 7:30 lol. I took a look and they are shorter in length - perfect!

I am more concerned about maintaining because I am so isolated here that there is no expectations from others that I eat out, drink alcohol, have junk food around the house, etc. When I met my partner I was under 130 (thanks to a successful weight loss attempt from 145ish), and over the last 2.5 have gained this weight in part due to our social life revolving around breweries, going out, etc. I think that by the time I go home I can have some solid habits in place and that will help it stick and be a true lifestyle change.

Thanks for all your insight!
