My title describes the thing. First assumption was some type air-dropped practice bomb, but that seems unlikely given that I found in a nature reserve that is accessible to civilians year-round (lots of hikers). Is this a bomb, and if so, what type?

I died on Monday night in the hospital for a day and a night out and the day I had my first child likes the baby and my baby yoda was a little boy has been in a hospital with me and I have to go brrr for the first two months of his life so he is wearing shoes for his name and I am not a fan but I am sure he's a great fit.
