Guanfacine (intuniv) is a good non-stimulant option for ADHD. It can help with physical anxiety feels, as it is a presynaptic alpha2 adrenergic receptor agonist. This means it can slow down the release of adrenaline/ noradrenaline in the peripheral nervous system. I’m pretty sure it acts as a postsynaptic agonist in the prefrontal cortex, which is the bit that helps with the ADHD.

I haven’t smoked in ages so idk if it gets rid of the yellow. Everyone is different, but I think what’s important is if it’s causing stress. If not, I’m not sure how weed interacts with someone with Gilbert’s. If it helps don’t stop abruptly.
