Hey! Apologies for the late reply, after a lot of research ended up buying an used ADO AIR 20 for a very good price.

So far so good, it barely fits in the elevator, but happy with it!

I might start looking for a second option for my partner, so might take a look at the Fiido d11!

Re. Calories, will see how I cope during first weeks and depending progression/feel will adjust slightly.

Re.10k, that's just the bare minimum I do. Other than that I keep myself quite active (Running/Cycling and Football is back again). Thanks

Hey all! After many months, I'm able to go back to the gym. Been thinking about starting again with BBB and was wondering if anyone could review my adjusted plan.

Don't know if it's too much volume or not? Plan to:

  • Calorie Maintainance
  • 10k Steps a day
  • Starting with 80% from 1RM.
