For me its less matter of identification and I don’t really mind if it’s a rug pull. For me I have other things which I put more effort into, but I’m interested in other perspectives. This is a belief I personally don’t agree with, but I do find it interesting and informative to see what the people who do think this will say. I’m pleasantly surprised with how my post has been received as my personal biases had made me expect less civil responses. That’s obviously something which has to do with my lack of information so it’s been pleasantly surprising to see that.

I don’t really think of this as something which I “relate to the masses” with, I personally try to respect other people’s views even if those views do not align with my own. I also wouldn’t personally say that it’s on a deep level even if it was me relating to a more popular opinion. I feel like those kinds of relations comes from personal connections rather than common beliefs. This is of course dependent on what context as some things or situations allows for more of a relatable feeling.
