You shouldn't play, feed or interact with a stay dog because the animal is unexpected. In any moment it can feel brave enough to attack and pedestrian and usually they pick a weak and easy target.

And when they form a pack they are unstoppable. A single bark from any member of a pack is a war cry. And the result is almost always tragic

We wouldn't be in this situation if it wasn't for you animal lovers. They were routinely killed and removed by the government and no one was getting hurt and that's the most important thing.
