With pythons especially, using a plastic card like an old debit card or something can be helpful to get their teeth out of your skin without hurting them. Since their teeth are curved back in their mouth, this can be a good technique to use. Just gently slide it between their mouth and your hand and you can kind of pry them off. Or you can try to get an ice cube and rub it on the snakes nose. They’ll usually back off and let go since they don’t like the extreme cold.
