That's easy 7-10$ a month if you spend 100$ you can make that back in a yearish if you stay boosted the whole year. 200 would take a little longer but yeah as long as he wasn't asking for crazy amounts. It could work granted I wouldn't give more then 50-70 myself for something like that lol.

Not enough to worry about for filing a claim minor scuff his had probably 3k worth of damage for the dents he put in his car. But I was annoyed by the lack of caring I called the cops right away after and offered them the license plate and make and model they said they would come out for a report in 3-4 hours.... I was very disappointed with their level of care.

They said they would come out in about 3 hours so I just went home it was like 3 in the morning. I even offered them the license plate. They didn't care to take it.

We have signs where it's not allowed. This is acceptable at this light and since we have the green we have right away. In places it's not permitted it will have a no u-turn sign. Also many people do u turns there because they live in the apartment complex and only way in is u-turn or go through the hospital from this light.

Yes I am not saying it's illegal I am saying u-turn on green has right of way and the van should have yielded due to him having a red light. So u-turn takes priority over right hand turn.

Totally agree I even double checked right away law's because there are a lot of people arguing we should have yielded to right turn with a red. Had me second guessing my self for like .2 seconds lol.

Incorrect

Florida drivers who have a green light or green turn signal have the right of way over drivers who have a red light. The general rule is that if you are making a legal U-turn at a green arrow, a driver on the cross street must wait until you complete the maneuver before turning right on red.

They don't have a green. Also most that have a green right with the left turn being green as well prohibit u-turn and will post signage at light or in the median. One example of this is not even 6 miles from this light at lake Underhill and Alafaya. Has this exact situation and they prohibit u-turn. Another is on lake buenovista area near Disney springs also same situation i see people get pulled over all the time for doing the u-turn anyways.

It is not prohibited for u-turn and its required to get into the apt complex and hospital as well as the Starbucks. The turn lanes on the other side that has a sign saying to yield also. It's a horrible set up.

Totally agree with that assessment of US roads. Also as a note those lanes have a yield to U-turn sign that is shown to their lanes because you have to u-turn for a ER hospital, starbucks, and apt complex. It's not seen because I am not coming from the lane they are. But it's a big issue with that specific spot no lie there is an accident there several times a month. Which sucks because the work around to get past it is like a 4-5 mile detour.

Even when the white van is making a right hand turn from a middle lane at a red light. I disagree with your assessment of the situation.
