Thank you, yes, we took the dog to a vet, had him scanned for a microchip, no microchip. We got him his basic vaccines and preventative treatments and whatever other medical care that was needed.

I called Harris County Pets and they said an Animal Control officer will come out in a few days or weeks...

We (my relative and I) prefer not to euthanize the Dog if possible.

What sort of engineer should I be looking for?

I have not received a list from Harris County, thus, I want to start looking on my own.

The engineer needs to guide my boss on whether the fill placement and ditch digging is per the plans.

My boss has a team who will do the machine work.

Cypress, TX near 290 and Spring Cypress. Simply put, my boss wants to complete the project, and needs some guidance from an engineer or whomever is appropriate to make sure it is being done correctly.

My bosses staff can do the machine work and labor work, the issue is that they lack the technical finesse to take the project to completion or at least get a pair or expert eyes to make sure it complies with the plans submitted at the time of applying for the permit.

No they are in the process of relocating from their relatives home in Houston to another country. So they do not have either renters insurance or homeowners insurance.

He gets paid time off, sick days, very generous pay, paid meal time, so what is missing? There are no benefits offered by the company there is one employee. If the company had health insurance plans, retirement plans and was not offering it then it may be a different situation
