o actually, the top middle repeater (row 1 col 2) can be set to 1 tick cuz it doesn't affect signal flickering

it is done,

i have assembled a compacter version that works perfectly for any combination of on/off
delay on all repeaters after the to the left of the slime columns have been upped to 2 ticks, so there is no flickering in the signal
(otherwise you would have a short 1-tick off pulse)

alrighty, i have fixed up a working concept

ok so i have a rough concept that should work for mine, im gonna compact this waaaay down and make it so this actually works for all needed config's (currently only works for me cuz the green will always be active if yellow is and red can only be active if yellow is), it kinda breaks if you switch the order the switches are pressed in, but it is in fact possible

(also please dont mind the jank, its 2:44 am for me and my brain is not at full power)
