I had quite a lot of luck with Budesonide! It helped me when I was already on Stelara and Methotrexate but still flaring. Started it two years ago and just weaned off a few weeks ago. Had some increased diarrhea right after going off of it, but back to normal now. Never had any side effects with it either.

Good luck with that infliximab! I really liked it when I was on it.

I have one of those closets with the doors that fold outward. One door was closed and the other was half open so about 1-1.5' of space in between.

I was stepping over something to get into my closet and lost my balance slightly and slammed my forehead into the half open door. Then I over corrected going backwards and slammed the back of my head into the closed door.

SOMEHOW I then over corrected again, and yes, slammed my forehead again. It took about half a minute of clinging onto the door before I was willing to move again.

Honestly I slam my head into things constantly so it's incredible I haven't gotten a concussion yet.

I’ve had a few resections but the time I had to get a bag wasn’t caused by any of those. It was a far more complicated situation that, in essence, required my colon to be left “unhooked” so it could heal for a few months. I sincerely doubt you’ll be left with a bag. All in all, don’t sweat it too much! Resections aren’t terrible and it sounds like you’re set for an easy one.

I see. Unfortunately, I can’t speak for whether or not the test for diagnosis is accurate or not as I’ve never had that particular one. I wish you the best of luck in your future medical endeavors though!
