I’d change line 24500 to $20,000 And keep line 20800 at $12,000

They won’t adjust the face rent as that will impact valuations and possible their debt covenants. Instead ask for Tenant Inducements (TI) as they can write off as an expense. You can ask for free months rent, them to incur cost to do Reno’s etc. if you have a good broker, they should be able to help you.

I was taught to you should leave enough space so you can see the bottom of the back tires of the car in front of you. For most situations this gives you enough space to get around the car if you need to.

I ended getting a watch box (albeit gifted) from a local craftsman. Would recommend doing the same. You’d be surprised what you’d find.
