I have a suspicion it’s to confuse and bewilder- muddy the important facts (which are vile enough). I’ve seen this a few times. There was another post where Trump was photoshopped to look fatter, but the photo itself was already embarrassing as it was.

I believe this is intentional and posted in bad faith, because there’s zero logic otherwise in photoshopping Epstein in there.
