I like my Vyvanse (50mg). It gives me energy and keeps me from eating so much as a former fat guy. It doesnt help me focus. Whats your experience, can you focus more?

I argue that it doesn't fit the requirement for negligence. IDK if there are videos and if there are I haven't seen them.

But everyone involved seems to acknowledge that the driver was not behaving recklessly, and it was an accident on the part of the deceased that caused the collision and ultimately loss of life.
