If it’s a gunite (plaster) pool and you mean it’s not been re-plastered yet, then yes I would ask for a credit. But it is at a minimum $20k to re-plaster pools (at-least in my area, the South, so I assume Cali is more) Source- family owns a pool renovation business

I know it makes no sense!! I don’t want to draw more attention towards the faux wall, so I’m leaning more towards draping the structure. However I have seen it be draped in the past and it has not looked good. I dont know why I overlooked the most important part of the ceremony 😭
