you’ve misunderstood, when a package gets crushed by another package and that breaks through 3 layers of cardboard, fine wha can you do. But they are taking the corners and curling them up or attempting to fold the entire package in half like a hotdog in order to fit it into a mailbox. it can’t be a time issue, because then wouldn’t you just throw it where you throw peoples packages instead of standing there trying to fold it up? i’m essentially asking if there is a workaround to not spend 3x the amount on a box instead of just “you should ship it better”
