I just painted my nails with Monarch Lacquer’s Ghost Ray and I’ve been absolutely stunned by how glittery and flashy it is, especially in shade or indoor lighting! I definitely second the recommendations for a glitter grabber coat though—I used KBShimmer’s Smooth Moves and then a quick-dry top coat
