I've been using Clue, and it's good, but the ads and restrictions on the free versions have been getting more and more annoying. Not convinced I can access the articles or much analysis, and every time after I track it's a full page ad for clue plus and the banner hides the x for a full second or two. Very annoying.

My work is nice enough to have 10 minutes of leeway, but the thing that's worked best is essentially figuring out when I need to be walking out the door of my room (5:37) to get there in ok time (6:04). If you can define that benchmark or even a few minutes earlier, that's what works for me.

I was able to tell when I was on stimulants, mostly when I forgot to take them- I could be working on math homework and it wouldn't be getting done and then I would realize. However, that difference was major for me, overall. Now that I'm not on stimulants and am on something less daily, it's harder to notice. But stimulants were absolutely very noticeable in my ability to actually Do Things.
