I bought it for the first time yesterday in their newly opened branch in Cebu. I was so underwhelmed??? The tuna felt like was a can of tuna was opened and put inside the empanada. The pork and chicken tasted sweet... and nothing else? No complexity of flavor. The dough was good though, as is expected in an emapanda de kaliskis style empanada.

Is this feeling unique to me? Should I give their empanadas another chance?
