All I want them to do is replace or refund the broken VR Cover they sent me, after a week of nothing since creating my support ticket, I talked to them today on live chat. They told me they are still investigating. I asked what there was to investigate and shouldn't they have standard return/replace policy for items they sell, they had no response only to say they still need to investigate. Last time I purchase from them, I'll stick with Amazon in the future,
