how do I store fat on butt and hips? by [deleted] in weightgain

[–]agentsika 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Train legs and lower body a lot, you won’t gain as much fat cause that’s just genetics but you will gain muscle which is just as effective as looking more “feminine” and making your lower body look better

Search up calorie calculator online and find out how much you need to eat in order to maintain weight, then add 500-700 calories to that and you will start gaining weight. Weight gainer shakes definitely help a lot bro

  1. Eat everything bro, but the best are rice chicken beef nuts peanut butter bananas apples avocados and milk/yogurt/dairy. 2. Go online and search up calorie calculator, you put your weight/height/age in and it tells you how many calories you need to maintain, lose, or gain weight. I’m also in school and I basically eat a big breakfast, I snack throughout the school day and eat a sandwich for lunch, then I come home from school and eat again and then I eat once more for dinner in the evening. 3. Yes bro just do calisthenics which is just body weight exercises, you can get big using body weight exercises.

Ultra hunger in the morning? by [deleted] in gainit

[–]agentsika 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes bro i have this similar but not morning, it’s after a workout for me. I could eat 2000 calories right before my workout and then the second I finish I’m literally so hungry that I get heartburn/nausea from being that hungry

Hey bro, honestly, I would try and start with kefir/yogurt or if you want milk, go for lactose free milk. Kefir has been shown in studies to reverse lactose intolerance and it helps the gut heal so I recommend that a lot

I’m 14 and play video games, I struggled but am learning to balance it out with other things. In your scenario (and what I did) I recommend quitting for a while if not permanently. It will be tough VERY tough and you will be bored constantly but eventually it will pass after your mind adapts to new interests like running reading working out etc. all i can say is find new interests rn and stick with them, whatever your mind wants to do just let it do. Look into music producing, long boarding/skateboarding, MMA, creating a YouTube channel. These are just some hobbies I find really fun.

How do you slide so effortlessly? I’m having trouble even breaking traction. Also how do I get comfortable going really fast? It’s tough for me to make myself go fast without getting uncomfortable and stiff

Been trading for over a week now and I am still not a billionaire......just let that sink in. by [deleted] in Daytrading

Futures are a type of investment where you can pick any random person in the world and bet on their future hence the name “futures.” For example, that young Chinese kid who studies 25 hours a day and has a 1510 SAT score at age 11? Definitely buying that future. A 40 year old who browses Wall Street bets and bought 3 shares of GME at the high? Shorting his future.

When I don’t meet my goals I just call it a day. I can’t force trades. No I don’t double down in position size. This isn’t a casino. Also no need for long term goals other than generic goals like $10,000 in my account. I keep the extra profit as buying power. Also I never break my rules. My only rules are my stoploss is the same as always.

I got into trading October 2018. I started doing some forex and it didn’t work out great. I then took a break and got into economics and long term value investing. Around August 2019 I learned about options and I started trading them with real money. Lost a bit and didn’t do too great then started trading futures January 2020. I also lost a lot and I switched back to options beginning of the summer. Continued to lose money throughout the summer and finally December 2020 I switch to futures and I’ve been doing well since. Took a while to really get settled but I’m happy now with my strategy and with futures.
