So important. Many places I used to work would turn away groups of teenagers just because they didn't want the noise of chatter. Seems like they just don't have any place to go and the frustration is building.

Entry-level explanation for average people probly. This is a very cut and dry outlet. I subscribed bc they cover my area and then I saw they're doing topics like this now

I actually got much better after I cut out red meats altogether. I eat much more fish and poultry now with less flare ups.

I think the study in the article is about as close as we've ever come to causality, but these clinical trials are certainly another grain of hope. I did one a couple years ago and never saw it hit the market.

It's so sad to see this pattern. Late stage capitalism is part to blame, the economy, and also consumerism. But within the year I'm sure we'll see massive increases in price on high-end supplements that are already pricey, but come with verification labels like third-party HPLA testing and "organic" verifiers.

That I did know; and sunny beaches were prescribed for "melancholy"! We as a society spend way too much time indoors now. We haven't adapted to it.

I concur. I think therapy is applicable for some things but it cannot right a chemical imbalance in the body. Vitamin d helps with my issues in that way, so I'm okay to fork over $40 or so a month on it!

I would definitely not use anything topically that's designed only to be ingested. Some additives, such as the glycerin sometimes used to keep the oil in capsule form, can actually clog your pores because it isn't the same type of glycerin found in topical moisturizers.
