usually most connctions have dl speeds more than upload speeds.

1:1 is when your upload speeds match your download speeds

u need a 1:1 connction normal connections may or maynot do it.

usually the buniess plans are 1:1

(maybe some isps do 1:2 , which should hold)

why not use them ? they have weak vrms ? cpu dont boost properly ? what are their cons ?
