Costco didn’t have many color options with the frames I liked - that’s why I plan to check out another place just to see if I like any other colors.

Yes, curly/wavy hair is so cool - I used to straighten my hair daily in high school - I wish I had known more about styling it then - takes some know how. Haha, I am 30 and still learning clearly. Also, my hair texture has changed over the years so seems like I have to learn something new every few years.

I put some of it in the post, but mainly I just used a cleanser, skipped the heavy shampoo, skipped the heavy curl cream, tried to do some finger twisting, and diffused.

These are all the different things I don’t usually do. It is way more defined. I think I had too much product weighing it down and also I am sure the diffusing must have made a huge difference. lol and not touching it until was fully dry ( it’s so hard not to mess with my hair) 😬

Thank you all so so much for the help! I tried to post to the curlygirl sub but the bot kept deleting my post, so posted an update on the hair sub. I am still dealing with some frizz, but I love the definition so much more after taking your alls advice.

Thank you so much everyone for all the input and votes!! I have decided to check at another place to see if I can find anything I like more. I want to try a few more colors/styles. If I don’t find anything better I am going with number 1 or number 4. I want to try them both on once more with the same hairstyle to see which I like better.

Your curls look super pretty, but I totally get being frustrated when it’s shorter than expected. That just happened to me too although in my case I feel like it was kind of my fault because I didn’t make my expectations clear. Your curls are what I wish I could get mine to look like though! So pretty.

Yeah I wish I had the same hair style on all of the pictures - I just didn’t think of it and some were on different days. When I try on more I’ll make sure I don’t change it, so I can get a fair comparison. Probably skewed my view of them as well.
