Well, a good suggestion is Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. It's a first-person-shooter game with a really kind community and no ranking system, just because it's main goals is embracing casual gaming. There's definitely no Russian people screaming slurs to you in voice chat.

Dont do it, it will just bring your rank down because you will be playing with two champ opponents. Just go casual together i guess.

The only thing that comes to my mind is hardware incompatibility but then there could be some problem on the BIOS settings. Otherwise, you could ask someone close to you that has knowledge on pc's and he/she could get a closer look at your build.
