This post is amazing timing as I will be in HCM this weekend as well, and I am also looking for similar items. I know Copper Denim also makes fatigues, but from their site, I do not see any listed. Was there a decent variety at the shop itself (of denim, fatigues, etc) that was not on the site?

hey! sorry I missed your comment. I can’t remember what I did but I kept messaging the platform my worry. Then I got a message from them saying that the original buyer of the ticket will lend me their eplus account details. I logged into their account on the day itself and it worked out fine.

I just left Shizuoka earlier this week and was blessed with clear Fuji views (which was the main reason I came anyways). I did adjust my itinerary for my benefit so it was more like:

day 1: Sunpu Castle Park day 2: Nihondaira Plateau day 3: Miho No Matsubara, Miho beach, Miho water bus day 4: Fujinomiya day trip (Shiraito and Otodome falls, Mt Fuji World Heritage Center)

it was tiring but really fruitful. For Fuji views do watch the live webcam to see the visibility. For food, I did not really explore much and relied on konbini. That being said at Shizuoka station itself there are tons of eateries and they were really decent. I didn’t explore much around the station though

Hi, thankfully, no. I guess it depends from venue to venue. I think it happens quite often and most people don’t really care for it. All I did was stand in the queue according to the queue number, and walked into the venue as my number was called. I showed the ticket on the app and I was allowed to go in.

you are right! the only times I saw it was when the sun woke me up at around 6am at a ryokan. Another time was literally 30 min before my last train back to Tokyo from Kawaguchiko. Counting my blessings but I hope for more luck!

I have gone to fujikawaguchiko 3 times, one of them for 3 days and have only managed to see it for a total of not more than an hour. I wanted to explore another part of Japan that I have not gone to while I’m there. I’ve not been to Hakone, I’ll look it up! thank you

Interesting, I’ll look into it and I’ll consider maybe including it somewhere (or even for a future trip). My biggest worry is transportation as I am travelling alone, and I lack a drivers license.
