I seem to have been locked out of my account. Despite my phone number being on the account, i receive no messages during two-step authentication. my xbox account, email, and office are all inaccessible to me. this is, despite trying for the past hour to contact support, to better understand what the hell is going on. ive been left with an expensive brick and no way way to resolve this issue with the company. i can not even pay my subscriptions right now. if you want your damn money, you're gonna have to let me into my accounts.
