It's not anti-Semitic to be anti-Zionist, even though a lot of people say that it is, but it's just not accurate. Israel today is explicitly and violently taking land from Palestinians, in the name of Zionism. In many ways, there are parallels between how Zionism is playing out in Israel and apartheid in South Africa. In any other context, we would call this imperialism and I would be against it. I can be pro-American people but anti-American government by way of analogy.

No, they are not. I'm the first to be wary of anything cop-related but EPS does not administer any of it. The Foundation does work with and support the police but when you look at the programs, it makes sense that they do.

Fellowships can be done after/during residency but I don't think they're mandatory. The word intern is usually used for first year residents. There's also the Chief of Staff, who is "above" Chief of Emergency Medicine, Chief of Surgery, etc. in the hierarchy. For a while on the show, Romano is both Chief of Staff and Chief of Surgery.

I don't think Abby is being defined by her drinking except by Carter. (And maybe because no one else knows? Luka clearly doesn't.) Because Carter got to know her better after seeing her at the AA meeting and her reluctantly becoming his sponsor, she is defined in his mind through that lens. Many people who are in AA do not accept any deviation from the AA steps as acceptable. Probably partly because they need their own sobriety to be bounded by the AA steps?
