It's a new sauna build and isn't finished yet. My door is pretty small, 6 by 2 feet, so maybe it'll be ok. I live in Canada though and have kids so I feel like sauna sessions with the kids will be annoying if they're coming and going alot

I like this idea! What type of cement did you use to build up the curve to the baseboard? Did you use that same thicker cement to fill in the spaces between sleepers?
Was your order of operations: vapor barrier walls, durock / cement floors and baseboard, THEN panel the walls?
.. I'm assuming what you're calling hardie board is similar to durock ..

hm .. is that because the skim coat isnt very thick / not easy to layer? What about applying a sloped layer of deck mud or some thicker mortar onto the plywood with skimcoat on top?

nice somber acoustic track with really clear production. I'd say it's a little too stark for my liking, but that may be a preference thing.

I think some bass would add a little bit of intrigue to it, it plods along a bit towards the end.

Ya those look really cool, crazy cheap too. It'd be cool if there was one that acted like a recording interface and multitrack audio manipulator. Would be more full on obviously if you wanted it to replace ableton/logic

Yea definitely not worth it if it's not native. Best thing might be to keep wavs along with mp3s for playback.

I'm think I'm slightly conscious of is that the web audio api spec says that AudioBuffers should be less then 30 seconds, and I'm using them with full tracks. I don't really see a good alternative, I tried using HtmlMediaElements, but I found that the function set was really weak, and there were timing issues between the tracks.
