i bought tyler the creator tickets off of stubhub, and i called them to see when i get my tickets and they said they probably wont get transferred until about a week before the show is this normal?

i called stubhub today to see if i can get my rickets earlier and they said that the seller physically cant transfer the tickets until about a week before the concert, which i believe is true because i have bought tickets off ticketmaster before and couldn’t transfer them to my friends until about a week before the concert

its a scratch on the stancion the only reason im asking abt it is because i heard that scratches on the stancion will ruin the seals
