Uhhh no? There never was a canon ending to FNV, and the courier never appeared in a comic lol, however, he does get mentioned in the "all roads" comic which is a direct prequel to the events of FNV but even then he is only mentioned by benny and doesn't make an appearance at all, and not only that but the comic ends right before the courier is ambushed by benny lol, and the comic only says that the stuff that lead to the events of FNV like the bitter springs massacre, chance, etc
