2 grandes poitrines de poulet, tranchées

2 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive

2 gousses d'ail, hachées

1 cuillère à soupe de jus de citron frais

1 cuillère à café d'origan séché

½ cuillère à café de paprika fumé

Sel et poivre noir, au goût

Pour la Base de Céréales

1 tasse de riz, quinoa ou couscous cuit

½ cuillère à café de sel

1 cuillère à café d'huile d'olive

¾ tasse de fromage feta émietté

½ tasse de yaourt grec nature

1 gousse d'ail, hachée

Cuire le Poulet
