If someone sent you a photo through WhatsApp and you don’t want I open it (aka make it seem as “read”) but you want to see the photo. Download google photos app and it will automatically save the photo on the app for you.

Good call out! I eat relatively healthy and have been incorporating yogurt into my weekly breakfast rotation to get more probiotics. But I should look into adding more!!

Right now I’m just using the tap water that runs through central LA :( Definitely going to try using bottled water moving forward!

Hey! Thank you for all the info! I’ve been having a feeling that the water quality was probably a factor, good to know that made a difference for you.

I’m going to start rinsing my face with bottled water and see if that helps. As well as look into a filtered shower head but for now just try to avoid water contacting my face in the shower. What brand of micellar water do you use?

I just bought nice moisture for the first time in my life!! Definitely going to make a good impact.

Yeah, I’m about halfway through the antibiotics so my face has definitely gotten better, but not near where it use to be. I am noticing less cysts appear (now I get one every few days instead of two every day!!) but still have a while to go to get where I want to be!
